Prof. Nyoman Pujawan is Professor of Supply Chain Engineering at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, ITS and is currently the Rector of Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional (ULBI). He also serves as President of ISCEA Indonesia. He received a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from ITS, Indonesia, Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Bangkok, Thailand, and PhD in Management Science from Lancaster University, UK. He also holds Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS (USA) and CSCA, CPLM (ISCEA, USA). He was a Lecturer in Operations Management in Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester, UK in 2003 – 2004. Over 55 of his papers have appeared in top tier international journals including the European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, among others. He is a Board Executive Member of the Asia Pacific Industrial Engineering and Management Systems Society (APIEMS) and the International Federation of Logistics and SCM Systems (IFLS). Professor Pujawan worked in industry before moving to the academia. While his academic background is very strong, he is equally well experienced in handling industry problems. He is an active consultant for various supply chain and logistics related industry problems (has involved in over 40 consulting projects). He is a frequent invited speaker for both academic as well as industry forum, nationally as well as internationally. He was a member of committee responsible for designing national logistics systems under the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, Republic of Indonesia. In the last few years, he is also teaching in few universities abroad including Mahidol University, Mae Fah Luang University, and King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok

Dr. Berty Argiyantari is a distinguished expert and have more than 25 years experience in the field of supply chain management with a strong academic and professional background. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MOSTRANS and former Global Supply Chain Deputy Director of Kalbe Farma. With a Master’s Degree from University of Indonesia and Doctorate’s Degree in Science Management from School of Business Management ITB, she has extensive experience in both the theoretical and practical aspects of supply chain optimization, logistics, and operations management. She is Fellow Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport International CILT International. She has worked with leading global organizations, advising on strategic supply chain solutions, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements. In addition to her consulting work, she is a respected educator, delivering lectures and workshops on advanced supply chain topics in MBA School of Bussiness and Management ITB, and Master of Management and Technology ITS

Rajesh Ray, MBA is an Engineer and M.B.A. and have around 25 years of industry and consulting experience in supply chain, sustainability, digital transformation and SAP. Rajesh had taught in numerous institutes in India and abroad and had published around 65 papers in leading international magazines and journals and had published three books. He is an honorary member of American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), SCOR Society and Confederation of an Indian Industry. In his last job Rajesh was working as a Director, IBM India and was heading Supply Chain and Sustainability Practice. Rajesh, recently founded a new age start-up INNOVERV. that focuses on AI based solutions for Supply chain and Sustainability domain

Mahendrawathi ER is a Professor in Business Process Management and the Head of the Enterprise Systems Laboratory in the Information Systems Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia. She received her Ph.D. from Nottingham University, United Kingdom, in 2004. Her teaching and research interests are Business Process Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Supply Chain Management. She has written books in all three areas. Her research has been published in various academic journals. She is passionate to apply her process-oriented skills to help individuals, organizations, and society achieve their goals

Wahyu Kristi Wicaksono, CSCM, CPLM is an accomplished Supply Chain Director at Matahari, one of Indonesia’s leading retail companies. With over 15 years of experience in the retail and logistics sectors, he has developed a deep expertise in supply chain optimization, logistics management, and strategic sourcing. Prior to joining Matahari, he held senior roles in various multinational organizations including Tirtakencana Tatawarna Avian Brands and Borwita Citra Prima, where he developed expertise in supply chain integration, forecasting and planning, and logistics management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Yogyakarta State University. He also holds Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) and Certified Professional in Logistics Management (CPLM) from ISCEA, USA. His extensive experience spans industries such as retail, manufacturing, and consumer goods, where he led key initiatives to improve inventory turnover, reduce lead times, and implement best practices in supply chain management

Hanin is a senior professional with over 15 years of experience in Operations Management, ICT, and Academia. Holding a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2022), along with advanced degrees in Business Administration and Computer Engineering from Birzeit University, and she is an international certified trainer in supply chain management. Her diverse knowledge and hands-on expertise span the Education and Operations fields, including Supply chain management, IT Infrastructure, Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management, Training, Capacity Building, and Program Design. Throughout her career, Hanin has held multiple managerial roles, demonstrating a remarkable ability to manage departments, develop and implement strategies policies, and procedures, lead teams as well as managing and monitoring multi-million dollar projects. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Birzeit University, Program Director for the Bachelor in Cybersecurity at Modern University College, Vice Dean of IT Affairs at Modern University College, and Trainer for the Supply Chain Management Diploma at Birzeit Continuing Education Center.
